Depending on the customer's specific requirements, scope of the project, project timeline and budget Rembros Corporation offers several possible engagement models to its customers:

Fixed Price.
Rembros Corporation follows a Fixed Price Business Model for projects that are specifically defined in terms of their requirements, schedules and project path. This model is normally used when it is possible to make an accurate estimate of the total cost of the work to be done or the services to be supplied. Under this business model, we work with our clients to define their expected deliverable outcomes to determine a mutually agreed fixed price. It is a cost effective and low-risk approach that works best with the Prototyping development model, when the project scope and requirements can be completely specified at an early phase. Rembros leverages this model in areas where we have domain expertise and accurately defined evaluation processes to set up the resource devotion. The total cost and the development timeline are pre-negotiated and agreed upon in advance, development is governed by a detailed project plan, and every deliverable is bound by a schedule. Rembros focuses to deliver consistency and excellence in executing projects in a timely and, cost efficient.

Time and Material.
Through this model Rembros Corporation offers its clients the flexibility to alter specifications based on upcoming market trends. Time and Material model is suitable for projects, which, are in their initial stage of development where specifications have not yet been clearly defined. This model is implemented using Iterative Development. The client pays an hourly development fee; which is a fee agreed mutually at the time of contract signing. The team size and structure may be modified in the course of the project to fit the existing workload and updated objectives and optimize the cost and duration of the project.

Offshore Development Center (ODC) Model.
Rembros Corporation has a state-of-the-art development centers in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, which enables our clients to leverage the technical expertise of Europe and the business agility of the U.S. Through this model we serve our clients with highly experienced professionals with varied skill sets, resources, flexibility and time-to-market advantages allowing them to enjoy the long term gains of offshore outsourcing. In other words, our offshore development centers operate as an extension to clients' existing software engineering business. We strictly adhere to clients' business critical objectives while mutually considering the ideas, design validations, development processes, test plans and schedules for implementing the project under consideration.
